Oh my dear blog, how you’ve been neglected so. In the past my little family and I have been busy moving to a new state, and renovating a new (to us) house. But now we’re mostly settled in upstate South Carolina, and I am ready to get back to work!
You may remember these two from their engagement session last year. They had their wedding in August at Old World Wisconsin, which is where my husband and I got married. It was so awesome to go back and see the place again from a different perspective, and I loved it. The details were adorable, with countless of hours of DIY effort put into them. The flowers were perfect. They had a taco bar from Bel Air Cantina. A taco bar. Yum.
Everything about the day was perfect, from the summer drizzle during the ceremony to the Jenga block guest book, and I couldn’t be happier that I got to be there for this page in their story.
Here’s to a lot more chapters.
